Helpful and very very helpful staff, it was enjoyable stay.

Unbeatable very central location next to shopping centre, the surrounding area and the city centre. We stopped by The Donut Nest for coffee and treats, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The vibe here was quiet. In addition, free Wi-Fi worked fine, and there was public parking nearby. Location: the hotel was near to train station, restaurants and sites in the old town, close to shopping centre, bus station and pedestrian area.

Check-in was frustrating with a one-hour delay and locked reception, leaving access to the room in question. The room itself felt tired, with bathrooms showing signs of wear, like peeling tiles and flooding issues during showers. Loud guest activity disrupted the peace, particularly due to door slamming in the hallway. Wi-Fi service was often unreliable. Breakfast became chaotic, with kitchen staff unable to handle the crowd, leaving many guests unsatisfied, particularly at checkout, where some argued about breakfast pricing due to the inadequate service.

Room was exceptionally clean and spotlessly clean.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the comfy bed and the decent Wi-Fi that kept me connected. After a long day, I loved relaxing in the cozy lounge and catching some live music in the evening. The only hiccup was that check-in took a bit longer than expected, but overall it was a great experience 😊

The room was super comfy with a tv, electric kettle, and shower. Perfect central spot, close to shops and some awesome bars. Really appreciated the secure parking nearby too. Muriel at the front desk was just the sweetest. Plus, it was a peaceful area!

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

I spent one night in a single room, conveniently located. While the staff was friendly, the bathroom's dated tiles need attention. It was quite noisy due to other guests. Tip, request a room away from high-traffic areas for a quieter experience.
